Good to Go is a national business
school that challenges students with entrepreneurial initiative to take action
and adopt the right attitude of being an entrepreneur.
This year’s edition aims to carry on the tradition set up by the proceeding years,
inviting personalities from both the Romanian and the international business
environment, in order to give students the opportunity to meet and connect with
successful entrepreneurs from all around the world. Thus, we aim to combine
theory with practice, building a solid base for young entrepreneurs.
As in the 6th and the 7th edition, the 8th one will consist of a series of
national conferences, followed by the core project in Bucharest. For the latest
we will choose the most qualified and ambitious students from all around the
country.
The national conferences will take place in: Timisoara, Cluj, and Iasi. Thus, we
intend to bring up-to-date information to students that have fewer
opportunities of participating at these kinds of events, where they can
interact directly with successful businessmen.
During the seven-day conference in
Bucharest, the topics we will approach this year aim to complete the previous
ones by being more specific and practical: NLP
in business, Market Analysis, Business Strategies, Entrepreneurial Success and Intern
to President, all of them being essential for a
successful business.
Moreover, the core project will have
two finalities: the first one will consist in having a workshop: Business
Model to put into
practice everything discussed in the previous conferences and develop a successful
start-up idea. The second one will be comprised of the Business
Simulation offered by Contrast Management Consulting,
in order to see how a real business works.
FINALITY
Besides the tips and tricks got from our
speakers' experience and the knowledge regarding some important business
principles and harsh situations, your work at our "Real Business
Simulation" will be acknowledged with a diploma and, moreover, based on
your participation at this simulation you can get an internship at Contrast
Management Consulting and you can win severalbusiness books. Also, you will have the
great opportunity of networking with influential business people and of sharing
the same thoughts with 25 other people of around your age.

NLP in Business
This theme, Neuro-Linguistic
Programming, is a controversial approach to psychotherapy and organizational
change seeking to educate people in self-awareness and effective communication,
and to change their patterns of mental and emotional behaviour. It seeks to
reveal the impact of behavioural communication on business related issues, and also
to apply various NLP techniques in sales and negotiations in order to start a
business. Good to Go aims to reveal the impact of NLP in business.
Market Analysis
For those who intend to open their own
business in the near future, knowing the market is of significant importance.
Good to Go intends to bring through its speakers relevant information concerning
this domain.
Business Strategies
A clever business man should be able to
accommodate his business to market requirements in order to survive. Thus,
flexibility is one of the most significant criteria to be fulfilled when aiming
to remain on top.
Entrepreneurial Success
This theme is based on the idea of open discussions with successful business people in order to
share real examples, useful ideas and tips and tricks from the entrepreneurial
domain with participants.
National Conferences
In order to give students outside of
Bucharest the opportunity to meet with successful businessmen in their own
town, open conferences have been organized in three of the main educational and
academic centres of Romania: Cluj, Iasi and Timisoara, where interested
students are more than welcome to attend. The topic of our national conferences
is Debating Entrepreneurship. These three seminars will last for around two
hours during which three local entrepreneurs will speak about their experience
and will answer questions posed by the audience. |
