2. You recently had the chance of meeting an active investor at a networking event in Bucharest. The investor and you created a good bond and he would like to collaborate with you. The investor is willing to put 1 million EUR in a venture and is looking for opportunities in the market. He has in mind two ways of collaboration: you can be either his consultant for 1 year (full-time), in exchange for 50,000 EUR or you can create a joint-venture (the minimum period for collaborating is 3 years, full-time) . You are entitled to 50% of the revenues of this joint-venture, on condition that the annual growth rate is greater than 20%. He also shares with you his preference for two sectors: IT and real estate. You have 2 days to come up with a business proposal for him. Briefly present your proposal and motivate it.
